I had a leak in my upstairs shower and the mold remediation company had to demo my bathroom shower, tile floor, and cut a big hole in my downstairs ceiling. They recommended OCERT1 and I’m glad they did.

I called other contractors and a lot of them don’t work with insurance companies. OCERT1 does and returned my calls promptly and Victor came by and answered all of my questions. Once we were ready to go, him and his crew showed up and worked to get my renovation done in a timely manner. They were really good about working around my schedule and didn’t mess around at all. Victor was also good about making sure everything was done correctly. I can tell you I went cheap the first time I redid my shower and I paid the price for it with the leaky shower pan.

When the project was done, they cleaned up and made sure everything was working. There were a couple of issues I saw, but Victor came by and fixed it until I was satisfied with the final product.

It was a pain dealing with the insurance company, but once I got approved and got my estimate, I just let Victor get to work and didn’t have to worry about price or paying any money. So far, I’m really impressed with my new shower and ceiling. I’d recommend giving OCERT1 a look if you need a contractor.

They did an exceptional job at restoring my kitchen, dining room, breakfast room, living room flooring, and covered patio flooring. They went above and beyond in completed the contracted job. They also went out of their way to help with additional things that came up during the restoration project. They were also very understanding and dealt with my extreme pickiness about things being done and a couple of changes that I requested. They were extremely thorough with my project and making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it to be. If something was not to my liking or even their liking the fixed it immediately. Victor and his crew remodeled our kitchen last year after we discovered a leak under our sink. I love how everything turned out! One of the things I appreciated about Victor and his crew was how at the end of the day they left our home, garage, etc cleaned up and tidy. Construction projects can be messy and dirty, so it was great that they took pride in that. I also made a few design adjustments along the way and Victor was very helpful in that process.
