Cabinets must be delivered to job site, flat-packed or assembled, ready to install. OCERT1 provides labor only for cabinet installation. No appliances, sinks or countertops are included under this scope. Standard plywood deck on top of base cabinets is included in the install labor where applicable.
- 10' x 10' Kitchen (approx. 12 cabinets – lowers & uppers): $200 per linear foot
- Pantry cabinet (18" wide): $350 each
- Lazy Susan cabinet: $280 each
- Scribing / specialty fitting (as needed – approx. 8' run): $50 per piece
- Scribe molding: $35 per linear foot
- Toe kicks: $35 per linear foot
- Pick up & deliver cabinets (local): $450 per trip
- Demo & disposal of existing kitchen cabinets (up to 12 cabinets): $950 per kitchen

- Hardware (hinges, slides, etc.): OCERT1 warrants correct installation and adjustment; product failures are handled through the hardware manufacturer.
- Service visits: A reasonable post-completion adjustment visit may be included for fine-tuning doors and drawers.
