Authorization: Owner authorizes OCERT1 LLC to perform mitigation and/or reconstruction services necessary to protect and restore the property to pre-loss condition.

Contractor Role: OCERT1 LLC is a licensed contractor — not a public adjuster or law firm. Communications are limited to scope of work, pricing, scheduling, and documented facts.

Direction of Pay: Owner authorizes the insurer to issue payment(s) directly to OCERT1 LLC for any approved scope. Owner remains responsible for deductible, upgrades, non-covered items, and any remaining balance.

Overhead & Profit: Standard overhead and profit (10% + 10%) may apply when multiple trades are coordinated or a general contractor is required.

Access & Completion: Owner agrees to provide reasonable access, participate in a final walk-through, and sign completion documents upon substantial completion.
